Because Mount Turdmore products are limited-production specialty merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering mistakes. Please review the product description and order details carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through the contact information provided on this website. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the item and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another legally appropriate remedy. If an approved return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return-shipping cost.

ADVANCE ORDERS AND SHIPPING DELAYS

Estimated shipping dates are estimates based on the information available when an order is placed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify affected customers and provide the legally required opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

Used, inflated, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or opened products are not returnable unless the item was defective or damaged when received.
