UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently ship only to eligible United States addresses. Standard U.S. shipping for the 30-inch Mount Turdmore inflatable is included in its advertised $29.99 price.

ADVANCE-ORDER SHIPPING

The first production run is estimated to begin shipping on September 15, 2026. This is the estimated shipment date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders containing advance-order merchandise will ship when the merchandise becomes available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time begins after an order has been shipped. Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, service disruptions, holidays, and destination.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

DELAYS

If we cannot ship within the promised time, affected customers will be notified and given the legally required opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
